DRB’s performance evaluation system emphasizes cooperation and growth. It focuses not on the ‘evaluation’ of individual members’ performance, but on the mutual ‘growth’ of the members and the organization by providing them with positive and useful feedback.

Performance Evaluation

DRB Automotive’s performance management consists of goal agreement, performance check and evaluation of the performance result. In each stage of the performance management, we provide individual interview, coaching and feedback. Leaders and staff-employees communicate with each other about the expected level of goal attainment and methods to achieve the goals, in which the leaders guide and support the employees.

Competency Evaluation

  • DRB Automotive’s competency system consists of common competency required of all members, leadership competency required of head/leader of organizations, and task-specific job competency for different work fields.
  • DRB Automotive emphasizes the competency feedback process by the head/leader of organizations to improve the members’ common abilities as well as task-specific abilities.
  • DRB Automotive supports ‘performance through competency enhancement’ for sustainable growth of both the individuals and the organizations. For this purpose, we separate the periods of competency evaluation and performance evaluation, and conduct the two types of evaluation, separately.
