To ensure healthy routine of the members, DRB Automotive provides regular medical check-ups (member and spouse) and group accident insurance, and operates an inhouse fitness center. We also provide a counseling service, ‘Happymint’, with external and professional counsellors, to the members for their mental and psychological health.

To optimize collaborative workplace environments, DRB is building collaboration infrastructure, such as collaboration solution and video conference system. DRB also provides smart ICT and co-working space for active communications of the members with no restriction of time and place, and operates a wellbeing food program (salad, sandwich, and mixed grain powder dishes) for their health and preferences. In addition, to facilitate the members’ safety and convenient commute, DRB operates a commuter bus system.
