As of May 1, 2022, DRB Automotive was split from the parent company, DRB Holding, to establish a separate company specializing in vehicle sealing business. Through the division, we expect to increase efficiency in the implementation of our business strategies and to strengthen the foundation for ESG management through reinforced structure and transparency in governance.

We sincerely thank you who have continuously shown your interest and support for DRB Automotive and encouraged us in every step of our exciting journey which we make to answer the needs of the times.

Automotive parts industry emits a lot of carbon in the entire process from manufacturing to distribution and disposal. DRB Automotive is trying to diversify the business that would accord with ESG management through various attempts, of which the most significant includes expanding eco-friendly automotive parts. In particular, we are developing and commercializing glass run and EV battery gaskets, and are planning to develop new products using not synthetic but eco-friendly materials in the rubber compound mixing. As a global company, we will continue our efforts to perform environmental management.

In addition, DRB Automotive is dedicated to the core values of the ten principles of the UN Global Compact (UNGC), the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, such as environment, human rights, labor, anti-corruption, and communities, and is determined to fulfil our responsibility as a corporate citizen.
