Health & Safety Discussion Council
To improve our partners’ safety and health management competence, DRB Automotive has a monthly safety & health discussion council meeting, through which we exchange safety and health information, such as revision or enactment of relevant laws and regulations.
Joint Safety & Health Inspection
In every quarter, DRB Automotive conducts a safety and health inspection on the partners’ work process together with the workers of partner companies. For any danger elements identified by the site inspection, we apply special care to ensure and support the workers of partner companies to work in safe work environments.
Evaluation of Partners’ Safety & Health Management Competence
DRB Automotive conducts both new and regular evaluations on the safety and health management competence of the partners, and provides improvement methods to increase their internal abilities to handle safety and health management.
New evaluation : Evaluation of safety and health management ability and provision of improvement methods to new partners
Regular evaluation : Evaluation of safety and health management ability and provision of improvement method (once/year), in the case of contract extension
